1. Eggnog or hot chocolate? BOTH! I love a 

good cup of hot chocolate when it's cold. 

However eggnog just makes you feel 

like its Christmas time 

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just set 

them under the tree? 

He sets the under the tree Christmas eve. 

Growing up we had the minimal presents

 under the tree. No matter how often my 

brother and I checked them! The Christmas

 morning Santa had arrived! 

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white?

I love a colored!! If we had a house and 

not a apartment it would be all colored 

\lights! White lights are beautiful as well! 

4. Do you hang mistletoe?

No, my hubby and I kiss without a reason heehee

5. When do you put your decorations up

As soon as Thanksgiving is over ALL 

decorations come out and the fun begins! 

Usually the hubby and I decorate the 

Saturday after Thanksgiving

6. What is your favorite holiday dish?

Probably the ham... I love honey baked

 ham mmm

7. Favorite holiday memory as a child?

Probably when everyone would go to 

Grams and Gramps and spend the night

 for Christmas! It was so much fun. I 

remember we would be up at like 4am 

and sneak downstairs to see if Santa had came. 

8. When and how did you learn the

 truth about Santa?

What do you mean the truth? J/K... 

I knew he probably wasn't real around

 10 or 11, however I held on and chose 

to believe until I was about 13. My mom

 would always tease us, "If you don't 

believe in Santa, he won't come" 

I didn't dare share my doubts with her! lol

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?

Yes, at my in-laws. We celebrate with 

them on Christmas Eve. But we get 

presents from about 2weeks up to 

Christmas. She calls it our 12days

 of Christmas =)

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree?

Colored lights, and all kinds of different 

ornaments. We get a new ornament 

every year. My in-laws have got us

 one ever year except this year we

 got our own. We have ones from 

Josh's childhood that he made. 

11. Snow! Love it or dread it?

Love it, TN doesn't see that much

 usually and it doesn't stay

 long so I never tire of it. 

12. Can you ice skate?

Nope, i'm way to unbalanced and 

clumsy. I've tried though. Made it 

around the rink twice! Ha!

13. Do you remember your favorite gift?

I remember one year I came down the 

stairs and seen TWO doll houses.

 I loved that Christmas! I have a 

blue one like my grandparents 

house and a brick house. It was great! 

14. What’s the most important 

thing about the holidays for you?

Being with family and celebrating

 Jesus's birth. I love the presents, 

music, lights... but being with my 

family and recognizing my savior's 

birth is more important then all

 those things... Oh yeah and the ham! =)

15. What is your favorite holiday dessert?

My grandmothers fruit and nut cake!!!

 Love it!

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Probably the white elephant game 

we play at my grandparents. Thats

 always so much fun! And going 

downtown or to the mountains to

 look at the lights and walk around! =)

17. What tops your tree?

This year is a beautiful Angel!

18. Which do you prefer: giving or 

receiving?

Both, I love to give and see people 

pleased with what I was able to 

give them... but seeing a gift that 

someone got you with thoughtfulness

 is nice as well

19. Candy canes: yuck or yum?'

Yum, and I like the other flavors 

not just peppermint

20. Favorite Christmas show?

My favorite movie is Polar Express...

 I love the classics that come one. 

Rudolph, Santa Clause is coming 

to town "Put one foot in front of the 

other, and soon you'll be walking out the door!!"

21. Saddest Christmas song?

One Last Christmas

Carol of the Bells... My ALL time favorite
